Today we decided to go to a Car museum in ....... Jirka had been there before and thought it was worth a visit. It was still very hot and luckily the museum was air-conditioned.There were some interesting cars like the Delorian which was built in Northern Ireland. Afterwards we headed to Rosenberg which is quite near Ceske Krumlov a medieval town I visited in 2012 whilst on a cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest with Jacki. It has the same river running through it and weirs to control the water level. People were drifting downstream in large canoe-like boats loaded with gear. They would whizz down a race beside the weir and head on down river. Some of the canoes looked totally out of control but they all managed to stay upright. Whilst in Rosenberg we partook of some cooling refreshments.
The castle overlooking Rosenberg.

My cool refreshment, hot rasberries and ice-cream.
